This is not to say you can't get a great deal and sell for a profit and still be at or very near a market value that will appraise out.Selling a house for more money is simply a scam and in the end the property must appraise out for the buyer to refinance and if you suckered your buyer the chances of refinancing dropped.

On a side note, I happen to agree with you that 401k plans are a scam but for different reasons.

I had to deal a lot back in the day as a Real Estate Agent with fake posts that were rental scams. 

Lol   if I made the rules things would be different but I don’t just blessed enough to see how this scam (maybe a little harsh) works.

With that being said I will say his 2-5-7 program is an old marketing scam they used to sell.
