I have a couple tenants that are routinely late but always stay current on their rent usually paying by the 15th.

The IRS doesn't treat a 1031 exchange like a sale it's an exchange so the depreciation schedule just moves over to the replacement property.

Checking today with some people, none have openly laughed at me but did get the polite we will not be able to help at this time routine.  

I have scheduled another inspection for next week with a different termite company.

Therefore we would need 7-10 days to identify a licensed property inspector and schedule to have the inspection completed.  7-10 days, not 14 days, so please get your facts straight if you're going to try to put someone on blast. 

He was extremely behind on schedule, work quality was sub par, and worst of all he never pulled the proper permits and the project was shut down back in October.
