I think it depends on the quality of the renovation and if it was more than cosmetic.

It will also put pressure on the holdout states to speed up the end of their own moratoriums as the economic rationale for keeping them continues to erode. 

But if you want cash-flow for 10+ years and icing on the cake at the end I look at multi-family or at least quality SFH is C/B+ class areas. 

I have properties down-valley but not 100% up to speed with San Bernardino happenings.

In my area I go to the 13th circuit Court website and I can look up law suits and even speeding tickets.You should have something similar and I bet with a few tries on google you can find it.

These principals are a bedrock of the community and it is the reason that BP forums remain high quality.

Contractors in Europe were blown away with the quality.

I figure even at the low end I could probably clear about 275 per month, possibly much more with a medium quality rehab.
