Hello everyone, I inherited a piece of property in Berkeley CA from my grandmother a few years back.

I have absolutely nothing to sell and have been self managing MTRs for 5 years.

Looking to sell my primary residence soon and will have approx. $150k in equity after closing costs, etc.

Don't use carpet in any rental property. 

After 2 weeks on market price was dropped to $400,000 which showed me they were eager to sell.

Another question: Have you noticed any change in income for the property since the policy was implemented?
