What platforms are you currently looking at to post the MTR?

squatters are in for a rude awaking .I posted about what Las Vegas has allowed to happen to squatters  IE using private security to boot them out military style.

I also have big magnetic stickers on both my vehicle doors for advertising, it's also on my dump truck and on my maintenance guys truck.The fellow who posted above ^^^ might be right.

@Sushree MohantyI don't personally invest in STRs, but there are a ton of posts on BP from California investors looking to invest in both STRs and LTRs who ask for market suggestions. 

Did you prematurely post? 

I expect the rehab will only take about a month so I will post how it all turns out. 

Call me difficult all you want, but I'm posting an important warning to the BP community: you cannot set your S-corp salary based on some rules of thumb, such as this 60/40 urban myth.That said, there is also no such thing as paying yourself out of a disregarded entity and no such thing as an LLC "owned" by an S-corp.Now you make me guess what your actual setup and your actual intention is.

I've found a couple very old posts on this but would appreciate feedback from any current Buildium users that use credit cards for expenses.

It seems from your posting that it is normal to wait months for news.The agent in our insurance company said if he was us he would go to a public adjuster!
