As a commercial broker and asset manger of 20+ years, along with personally investing in the space, I completely agree with finding the right broker.

Has this person submitted an application because my qualifications are strict and a lot of time the person doesn’t meet the basics so the esa doesn’t even come into play.  

But how do I access the funds or profit of LLC for personals use without "commingle business and personal funds" and what the tax consequence is?

Good morning,I am currently looking into a personal loan for debt consolidation in the state of TX (lender doesn't have to be from TX). 

I can get as many as I want in my market, .ALL my personals are never less then 15- 20% NET.
