Personally, I'd NEVER buy a turnkey,  because our business model is focused on finding those "ratholes"  and making them gorgeous homes.   

The BP Plus or Pro level will give you way more general advertising, networking and search options to zero in on a micro level.

I would love to network with someone that has experience in this field of investing.

They don’t get much commission and it’s very difficult to build a report in the area without a network when your getting started .

I know there are a lot of operators that believe the kiosk model is the way to go and I definitely think there is a place for it in some markets.

Perhaps I'd print marketing materials, send mailers, attend events, network, etc.
