I’m not as familiar with the tenant market up that way, but if you’re interested in the Syracuse area, multi families are endless possibilities! 

In fact, our property management company required the certification before they would be able to market the properties. 

In the current market we are doing majority with no prepayment penalties since there may be an opportunity to refinance if/when rates comes down.  

The point is, in these types of markets, original or slightly enhanced kitchens are adequate.
