My purchase price included the seller's corporation.I don't believe the entity status in Costa Rica of my property affects my US taxes.

They are granted residency by the US Immigration court without status.

thoroughly review relevant family facts, including whether or not the deceased died with a will, the names and addresses of all heirs and other parties in interest, including their relationship to the deceased and (if relevant) their marital histories and whether or not they had children, the goal being to clearly map out the deceased’s line of succession with reference to applicable sections of the Estates Code;2.  

I'd also like to know lot rent amount/status and any background information on the buyer/payor (credit, work history, income, etc.)There are also some of the note listing sites that will take mobile home notes which can open the doors to a pool of private investors. 

The city can suck-it for not working with you to keep the status of the park active.

However, the would-be seller still hasn’t taken any steps, meanwhile the tax delinquencies are accruing, and the property will officially come under “power of sale” status in a few months from now.

Thanks for your response @Jonathan Forbes-  I trust you looked deep into the eXp model which includes ICON status benefits not only for individual agents but for mega teams which essentially gives back your $16K Cap in company stock so you are essentially receiving 100% in commissions while acquiring a stockpile of stock.
