Just food for thought!

Each tree grows huge, supplies about 400 pounds of nuts each year, great animal food, makes great lumber.  

Here's the disconnect I think.....Asking a guest to do the following: 1) leave your place relatively neat, 2) Don't leave dirty dishes with food on them, 3) take the trash out to the trashcan outside the back door, 4) throw the soiled linens on the bath floor.....Can hardly be called 'cleaning'........

I was honestly quite good at it but here is the issue..If you are not making consistant deals, you either break even or (most likely) lose money.Every month you don't make a deal you lose money,.. marketing, food, rent, etc. etc.I tried DMM and that was just bad.

Just food for thought.

The market of mykonos is going alone end brings  upper level tourists that spend a lot for their staying , food , and luxurious living .

You'll also want to see if there are any HOA rules or other city/municpality ordinances that would be in violation.I've also seen where people place signs where fast-food drive thrus are.

The top ten list of employers in the city is a good mix of healthcare, govertment (Schools, County and City) as well as retail (Walmart), and industry (Freightlier, FKA Six Filtration, American and Efird, Pharr Yarns) and food packaging (Dole).  

At the end of the day I need food on the table every month.

For example, even food lol in central NC I use to pay $180 to $250 for the same amount of monthly organic groceries whereas here near DC it is about $1,200 a month.
