Whether the SSN is made up or not, you should be able to collect enough information about them and have references and information verified before moving them into the home.

I do agree that if I had seen more reliable information I may have accepted them.

I work in the healthcare information technology domain.

Lacking multi family experience but considering the owner is motivated to sell and from the information provided this appeared to a very solid lead.  

We want to keep the information readily available, rather than force you to wade through the stuff that isn't going to help you further your investing career.

BP has all of the information on real estate served up on a silver platter.

The information available is amazing, but also very overwhelming and I am not sure where to start.I'm currently in some credit card and student loan debt and looking for advice on whether it's smarter to get more in debt to be able to start with flipping/house hacking sooner, or to continue to read for the year and a half to two years or more it will take me to get rid of my debt and save enough for a down payment.  

From most information that I have read this seem to be a smart way to start especially when you have limited income.

You don't need to choose that contractor to do the work, but the data will really be informative.
