We did not  have a model unit to show,, I showed occupied units with notice and was usually rented up within 2 weeks of notices, we had a popular location and units were a little higher price but in high demand. 

There are market factors that impact supply and demand that don't move together.

It applies primarily to individuals who work for themselves.Employment taxes – These are taxes an employer pays or sends to the IRS for its employees.

Demand is extremely high in our area for rental houses so that's my fall-back plan.

Then not doing any back and forth with individual buyers, just have them submit their offer and choose the best one.

About 3-4 minutes later (around 1:10 pm), while I was still writing my contact information (I needed to write it twice (the attorney also needed the information)) another individual walked into the room and indicated that he was interested in the property that I won.
