I assume the cash buyers who would be buying for $75K are buy-and-hold guys...I can't imagine a rehabber paying $75K for something that will retail for $85-90K.Also, with respect to Jon's post above...if there is no resale restriction, that's probably the easiest way to do it.

What they don't get is that all that other stuff does facilitate their making more money, and knowing that stuff makes doing deals much easier and safer.The whole primes of wholesaling is pretty lame, just the nature of an invented specialization based on a generally limited inventory to a very limited market.Can you imagine Baskin-Robins having only three flavors of ice cream?

thanks for your replies guys. wondering about those pre qualification advertisements for the various banks. i would imagine my credit score and money in the bank would come into play. but id just like a better idea of the price range with 20k in the bank. probably too specific of a question. i guess i should check for existing topics on the subject before asking as per forum etiquette.
