Start by educating yourself on strategies on increasing your net recurring monthly income vs. hunting for a big score.Take a financial calculator class & practice & study the exercises to apply them to real world situations.Set a goal to socialize with successful people with a common interest  & have a goal to build deep trusting long term relationships with them.

Hey BP, I'm beginning a hunt for the right tax accountant in SC.

so here we go, after the tv technician leaves kids, wife and I are going house hunting.

Ive almost always come out minimum 20-30% ahead and have great experience hunting for leads and making the offers I need to even if they are low, so again it's exciting to hear that this should all translate. 

@Matthew Soule I haven’t done this but another investor I know said he uses “game cameras” (like game hunting) for surveillance on his properties especially the vacant ones.Another option is Amazon Blink but make sure to get the ones that are rated for outside if you’re going to put them there.Also keep in mind that you may wake up one day to find the cameras smashed or spray painted.That’s a very tough problem if you live in the building.
