You raise it to $1625 and you're making an extra $300/ year :( The other consideration is that leased solar systems do not add ANY value to a home... in fact, I've talked to appraisers who will actually value a home with a leased solar system LOWER than non-solar comps.

While the interest rate on the student loan is higher than either of the auto loans, the actual monthly payment for the auto loans far exceeds the monthly payment for the student loan....so it's certainly worth consideration!

Ok, with zero knowledge or experience in the intricacies of the Statesboro Georgia zoning regulations its sounds like a majority of industrial uses will not be allowed (think manufacturing, distribution, assembly, landscaper, construction etc.) and the space is traditional retail. what is the clear height of the building?

I think in our market here in Calgary you are better to find the properties in the nicer areas that have a better potential for capital appreciation, and take that into consideration more so than high positive cashflow.
