We're already half-way there!

I always take a glass-half-empty approach when looking at online ad's and real estate agent quotes for rents - when they're done independently.

It's handy that they're all the same, as it's easy to just run a roller half way up the walls when a tenant moves out, normally. 

You could place something decorative there (glass, an adhesive, artwork) to give the viewer a sense that they are looking at or out a window. 

I understand the feeling though, it feels like you're looking from the outside in through a glass wall and you're watching everyone pick up amazing deals and getting rich quick.

I am 20 years old and eager to start investing in a rental property, I'm halfway through college and my hope is to have a couple of property’s already generating cash flow by the time I graduate in 2 years.
