I have not thought it was possible before, but, i just found a videowith a group of investors who all successful Rehab houses in different cities and state.What do you think about this, and should i take a chance at starting a virtual real estate rehabbing business?

Even if the smoker doesn't smoke in the unit, they bring their smokey clothing and smokey bodies (hair too) into the unit and the smell gets on the carpet and onto the furniture and into the closets.  

I would say coming up with an ARV with 1% variance is virtually impossible and that sends up warning flags to me.  

We have had some old broken furniture picked up, just called the trash company ahead of time and they told us when/where to leave it out.
