So, instead of being mad at us for our necessary reaction, you should fight to have an official registration started for service animals, as that would make it easy to figure out the fake ones and we, as landlords, as well as other businesses, could then relax and not have to be so on guard about this issue any longer.

typically the smaller mom and pop credit unions are easier to deal with and gave me better rates. if this is something you're thinking about pursuing long term starting a relationship with them would be my recommendation. a lot of times they have the latitude to do things the bigger banks don't want to deal with because they're smaller and have to fight for more business

I’m not saying these are bad; I have heard graduates say that it helped them bc they needed someone to walk them through everything, but I think that 95% of people are capable of figuring it out with the help of BP, podcasts, books, REI meetups, etc.
