I am in favor of keeping this in house.

I am still in the "education" and "building capital/credit" phase of my journey, but am looking to get an action plan in motion as well to lay the groundwork for a series of tasks, goals, and milestones to eventually achieve financial independence using this method.My girlfriend is also very interested in doing this.

I received the judges ruling in my favor today.

The offer was accepted which was great news and I’ve since gotten everything in motion for the closing date on June 28th.

This situation seems a lot more of in the favor of the property owner rather than a situation where a property owner is trying to apply for multifamily zoning on a single family zoned property.Thanks again if you made it all the way through.

I would sell because the market is high in Northern VA and based on your cash on cash return which sounds not very favorable. 

Plus the laws are in favor of landlords.

Not the could do no wrong it was 5 years when I turned down all the rentals in fountain square for 30k each in favor or “less ghetto” areas lol.
