What are the  required setbacks for buildings, landscaping, sidewalks, etc.?

I have identified many developments in the area that I am looking at, such as major strip & outlet mall expansions, new housing developments being build, many renovations of long standing abandoned properties, and even talks of a small college in the near future.  

Demo, drywall, landscaping, painting obviously are much easier to find a decently skilled laborer.  

In our expansion plans for next year I trying to decide if I should hire 1 or 2 experienced sales professionals who are used to handling sale transactions over the phone, building rapport etc....

They felt that was one thing that helped them to assimilate here.Now I learned Spanish in high school , But that was a waste of time,  We were living in San Diego for awhile and the Landscapers crew was starting to do the wrong thing and the Landscaper had left to get something so I went to tell them, I might as well been speaking Martian.  

Cary is very involved in the local property management landscape here in DFW and nationally.

I was rushing to get out of town and to complete my landscaping before that.

Also the landscaping on the outside just leads to problems, IE-ground sloping back toward basement,missing downspouts, etc.  

I looked on google maps it looks like the building might need painting and maybe some new landscaping.
