I'll keep trying for now but I'm seriously considering leaving, starting to think they aren't 'real buyers'... there are always exceptions, but all the real investors (cash buyers) I know dig up their own deals, either Sheriff Sales, direct marketing, bandit signs, web leads ect, many of them may also be talking with your same leads, i dont know of many that are in this business that are not out hustling for the next deal.
