Do you know what size site you want?

What I hear you saying is in real estate, there is no such thing as one size fits all.

@Adrian Chu I have a size able amount to put down for a down payment and rehab cost and my credit score comes back at a 730 my only problem is with my income.

Rentcafe.com states the average rent charged for a house this size is $840 a month.

I’m self employed, and looking to purchase my first rental in Mid Michigan.

But to do a project of this size I think you should have a lot more knowledge first.

Both of these solutions would still have a solid-sized living room.

@Carlos Leyva it really has less to do with the size of your pay check, and more to do with whether or not the asset is really going to cash flow based on underwriting for real world expenses.

I can't remember what size the panels are in my duplexes but I doubt they can handle that additional load. 

As my own employer....I can set up a $2 to $1 matching contribution to my 401K.... so I could put in the max $18K and my LLC would contribute another $36K.
