Let’s just say it’s had property management issues that have snowballed into other issues.Anybody know of an insurer that will take on a single family home that’s had 3 claims since 2021?

I laid out the issues of noise and disturbing the other tenets.

My main issue is that they will be booked to capacity (happily) in a short time.

Warrantability of properties is also another issue many investors don't consider.

One such comparison site after calling me for the list of issues I care about gave these 4 prop management system recomendations. 

The issue is the building has a special assessment on it where 25k is paid this year (by the seller) and another 25k will need to be paid in the near future tbd (by the buyer).

No issues. 

As a matter of fact, my family moved to that location because my wife happens to work at one of those major hospitals.The issue is we didn't have an ADU as my neighbor did.

So, buried in this is a more important issue. 

I want to give one to my contractor to fill out so that we are on the same page and there aren't any "forgotten" details that will end up costing me more in the end (aside from true issues that couldn't have been accounted for during due diligence).
