It sounds like you are already getting great experience in STR management!

To manage properties effectively, ensure tenant satisfaction, maintain the property, and handle legal matters, hiring a property manager who is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) is an excellent choice.

I would also prioritize trying to replace your regular 9-5 job and then gradually increasing your income with more experience.

I'm using my logic not my experience to come up with this but I'm hoping to get some insight from experienced BP members on the oder of opperations for attacking a rehab.thanks in advance.
