I am able to get my own leads as I was in sales before and also i am a bit of a Tech geek so iv set myself up for targeted exposure with platforms to help manage volume.

@Glen E ... selling a home is always easier when it is vacant.

Like any real estate platform one wants to build, you need to create a simple filter to sift the opportunities.  

It wasn't more than 15 years ago, we had a unified President and Congress working in tandem on a semi-similar platform and it didn't turn out very well at all and they got to start with a federal surplus.

All I would really like you input about any software platforms for tracking properties from picture to owner contact to deal offer to reject/contract to close.I am looking to focus efforts and would like to know if anything exists today that looks at that.  

From the start, it was bad but now the windows are simply falling apart and the Low E coating is coming off.
