I fear I would get rejected by the banks, like they may not allow me to have all these loans; I also fear it's too dangerous to take out so many loans too (I cant buy houses in cash).

Our focus has mainly been on high growth markets in Marin, San Francisco and Yolo counties (UC Davis territory), SW Florida and most recently Las Vegas. 

It's dangerous when people start touting facts without actually knowing what the rules and regulations actually are.

You can always file for eviction based on criminal activity or a seriously dangerous situation.

Bidding 1% is a dangerous game unless you are certain the owner will redeem the property, in which case that is done by people who are solely looking to invest just to make a high % return on their money.
