I’ve been marketing for a couple weeks gotta text from this guy who owns this home he’s selling this 90% move in ready 3/1 bath home (updated kitten & bathroom) in Detroit.

I pay 16% management fee, but that includes all maintenance calls, snow removal, lawn care, rent collection, evictions, inspections, rental-ready, picking up trash, cleaning.

From what I’ve read I think the housing market is solid for this year and next year.

Expect to be vetted and have your financing and cash deposits (or POF) ready before contacting anyone so that they will take you seriously. 

If you are buying properties at that cheap ofnprice point, expect that problems that come from thst price point, and be ready to likely lose money. 

Have your financing in order so you are ready to strike when the deal arises.

So when you are getting ready to move out you can compare rents and costs and determine if its better to rent or sell
