From my perspective, you definitely need start managing debt differently. 

If you manage a property on behalf of someone how do you liquidate the asset to give the owner cash? 

If I get the property management to take care of my condo airbnb I won’t make much cash flo.

How do you plan to manage the property?

I’m focusing a lot of effort on growing our property management business this year.
