Looks to me that they are located in some sort of stadium or business center, NRG Park in Houston.

The Arlington Town center is another hot area to look around, and the city is really pumping it up. 

We have 4 major office districts (Downtown, Midtown, Buckhead and Perimeter) as well as lots of other commercial centers.

My area is close to the shopping center, (Burlington, Amazon Fresh), maybe 0.5 miles I would love to hear more.

We are less than an hour to the beach; we are an hour to SD airport, or ONT airport; we are only 1.5 hours to Staples center in LA; we are less than 2 hours to Big Bear and just over 4 hours to Las Vegas.People come here, worried about the commute or worried about the heat... then realize quickly that those fears are overrated.

An area independent gym and salon owner has been doing well for a couple years in a small strip center a mile or so away and would like to lease this building.
