Don't stress; Have fun.

This is always a rough situation and never fun.

this is why all those Casino's got rebuilt.. this is why many car dealers in Jackson built new facilities this is why commercial went up all over the place.. but downtown did not have a lot of vacant land and still did not have the draw at all to the higher end buying public..

You can get great returns and have some fun in RE.

The bank cancelled the HELOC and took the loss.So the question is are you a real estate investor, or do you have more fun playing private detective, running down rabbit holes that you waste time and money on.
