Just an update, I had to cancel Smoobu today as it was blocking my Airbnb from taking reservations.

The downside is the taxes are high and the point of sale requirements are a pain.

It also blocks the lawyer's ability to attach his suit to the other properties.

I block off all the closets in my rentals for owner use, and then I've added racks for hanging clothes + a set of coat hangers in each room, along with a luggage rack and bench at the foot of the bed for luggage, as well.
