Make sure you are buying the property right, the rehab is not going to be gold teeth in a dead horse (or granite counters in a war zone) and you stay below 70% of the ARV when all is said and done.If you do those things, you should be fine, especially with an experience partner.Best of luckStephanie

I'm from the Brisbane/Gold Coast area, but most of the resorts are in Queensland (north eastern state of Australia), the real estate market will depress you, no deals like you can get out here.Although there are crazy rental returns to be had in mining towns, I was just reading about a 3/2 SFR getting $8,000 a month, fly in fly out workers, constantly rented by the mining company.
