I have begun to consider longer leases as these turnovers are our biggest expense.

I have some private lenders depending.

My biggest worry is that I plan on buying a bunch of computers/servers that need to run constantly. 

Hi guys, I have a deal under contract and I'm currently in the funding process with some private investors.

Unfortunately the private lender I had has stopped lending which would have made this easy. 

They promised access to private lenders that lend based on the deal and not someones credit.

Also, most wholesalers emphasis cash but will also take hard money lending and private lending.
