I send a letter 1st, the next week I do a phone call through a dialer that leaves them a message stating Hi this is Bernie I'm still interesting in buying your probate. 3rd week postcard hits on Friday, and Saturday I'm making a personal phone call to try and make an appointment to see the property either that day or Sunday( after church).
