I live and invest in Indianapolis, Indiana, and I know larger apartment complexes are able to do this. 

I haven't been able to access it to see what all they could have messed up. 

Is someone buying up properties, looking like they are trying to get a critical mass to build apartments or something? 

I have access to very well respected and top Realtors and Investors in my area.

I only have a page that I once used for a class, so even though I have access, I don't know if it is actually bad that people go and see no information about me there...Some people mentioned realtor.com and apartmentratings.com, but it was a while ago.If anyone is in the Sacramento area, that would be even better.Thank you!

Hello everyone, my partner and I recently purchased a 12 unit multifamily apartment building in Milwaukee.

I am located in Fort Worth, TX & my end goal as a real estate investor is to have a 100 door rental portfolio consisting of small 8-20 unit apartment complexes.My plan is to build up a rental portfolio, starting with 2-4 unit properties, & eventually sell those to leverage for larger properties.

Two one bedroom one bath apartments that need updating.

I then charged the upstairs tenant $25/m to access the internet & relisted it at $1000/month.

So there's a pretty good chance (again no guarantees) that in 5 or so years some builder will approach me to sell for a premium, so they can build a 10 story apartment building or a hotel.
