LCHD and Department of Neighborhoods have taken 4 landlords in the last few months to court in regards to lead paint problems.Fact: Department of Neighborhoods is the only sector in Toledo that makes money due to fines.As of this post, Due to the increasing amount of inspections being turned in, it may take LCHD up to 60 days to issue certificates.For more detailed discussion, joint the Facebook closed groupAdam Atassi

if you have five separate leases, you issue pay or quit, then file for eviction. if you have one lease, you tell all 5 that rent payment is not fulfilled, and you will file for eviction. follow your state laws or hire an attorney. hopefully your lease has a clause holding all tenants jointly and severely liable, as all 5 will be facing eviction
