They say they will smoke outside until it rains or gets cold and then they start cracking a window or an outside door and before you know it they do not care and are smoking inside all the time.If it is a drug dealer the police could break down the doors with a raid etc. and damage the place.If a tenant really is doing all this did you screen them properly for income and criminal record??

Some said they don't talk to the owner about approving a tenant, some said they do, some said they're ok with either option.For our AZ PM, he doesn't have a hard set of screening criteria, he leaves it up to each owner.
