We always mail on Fridays, via First Class Mail, so that "most" if not all the mailers hit mailboxes the following Monday.

i'd not fine them for one day. my tenant was supposed to pay by the 5th, but he said his father in law died and they had to miss a few days work, so he is paying today. last month's excuse was his daugher's prom preparation. but he always comes through. he gets paid on fridays and asks me to hold the check to the closest friday. if he did not come through, then i'd not allow that, but they have been there over a year and always paid (knock on wood).

Most of the religious people I know go to church on Sunday (or) Saturday, go to work Monday through Friday, raise their family as best as they know how, and don't make much noise in society.

I closed a deal on Monday, I have a JV closing (hopefully) next friday, and another deal closing Oct 12th.
