The "illogical" scenario of a mentor who does not charge you a fee, is that a mentor;will usually work with you directlylets you see the details of the researchlets you see their actual deals/purchaseshas you work - and yes, that means, you will do work for them And point #4 is that you are working for them, most of the time, for no pay.

You are exactly why i do not put myself out to work with other investors, flippers especially, no concept of the time, you need to stop watching those home improvement shows, just for your information, most towns have ordinances that limit how late you can work and make noise. also good luck getting separate crews in to do same job in different rooms - like @Manolo D. said. good luck at Home Cheapo, you do get what you pay for.
