@Rich Thomas the loan doesn’t say anything about prepayment penalties so yes, you should be able to pay it off without any issues.

This is a get rich slow scheme but it is most likely get rich for sure process.

The key is to communicate with each investor on a frequent basis.

This stuff is going to happen when the tenant has a direct line of communication to you, but it also doesn't appear to be anything too dramatic or problematic.
