I hope to close on everything but I could see a situation where I come across a few deals at once and I'm spread thin on funds to close or funds are delayed, this is a situation where I could do the occasional assignment.Even if the money is equal or near equal, when I work as an investor I'm working for myself.

@Eric W.I can't give you veteran advice as i'm still a newbie myself in the Realtor world, but the office i work out of has a handful of part time Realtors that work and the way they cash in to make extra money and grow their SOI is by doing the Open Houses for the listing agents and occasional buyer leads they pick up from the open houses.
