Recent college graduates who don't want to work the traditional w2 9-5pm jobs.

While I have rented for the past 3 years in college (been paying on average $600 / mth) I am not looking forward to renting for another couple years especially in Chicago where its almost guaranteed to be at least $1000 / mth.

Our July eviction involved someone who also worked in the medical field; worked in cardiology at our medical college, made great money, had an advanced degree, a partner who also had a medical background, etc. etc.. 

With me being a 21 soon to be college grad I feel that time is on my side when it comes to getting involved in various real estate opportunities.

However, where I am hearing/reading a huge amount of interesting tips for all states in the US, I was wondering if there is an international BP community in Europe/Spain as well.

If I can  work hard and work myself into an IT job making 6 figures and and climb the corporate ladder without a college degree then I for darn sure could hunker down and learn real estate for the benefit of my families future.Well that time has lit a fire under me and I've been listening to podcasts and reading books left and right.

I can guess what town you have your rental in with college tenants being a high possibility.This very well could be an option; however, the price for the house should not be priced completely out of market range.
