Everyone likes something different so I think even one of the air adjustable beds wouldn't make people happy because it takes a while to figure out your "sleep number" and for someone staying one or two nights they probably wouldn't have it dialed in.To answer your question, I don't think there would be a return on your investment for the Craftmatic.

The reason it always seems to happen is the appraiser doesn't want to be in hot water in the event the property is foreclosed and so they tend to appraise the property VERY CLOSE to the asking price - all my properties that have loans have been within 2K of the appraisal price. 

Yes, the greater Seattle-Tacoma market is super hot, has been for long time now. 

The market is pretty hot here, but still very reasonable prices compared to many parts of the country. 

If it’s a hot area where properties are selling quickly you may not need to stage the house.

With the market this hot I can afford to wait for a better/bigger entry point but I also see the merit of starting my practical learning now.

My wife was accepted into the University of West Floridas nursing program and is going to (most likely) get sent there while still being in the Air Force.

I also don't care to troubleshoot other newer problems she has chosen to air now because I want her out of my house after how she spoke to me this morning.
