just curious.how did you network to have all these people banging down your door?

I had a harley in my garage, a convertible corvette in the garage, a jeep wrangler for days I didnt want to drive my vette, a lexus for my winter beater, I had been making 6 figures for a few years already, had over $100k in the bank and had 9 rentals.

If buildings are prices too high where you live, like here they go for $100k per door, then look in other cities or towns.

We broke open the door and it was horrible smell.

Anyway, all of this got started because her closet door came off the tracks and I had the tracks repaired rather giving in to her wishes and buy her a new track.

My goal is to buy approx. 100+ doors this year.

A new one, with side-by-side doors, ice/water in the door, etc., costs about $525.

It turns out, the same buyer had already closed on the unit next door, and were planning on cutting through the common wall to make one large unit.

Like for myself my plan is to begin wholesaling, when i have enough capital do a few rehabs and eventually get my foot in the door of commercial real estate and renting.
