Hello BP,I am finishing my basement for personal use (no tenants) and just realized that the sewage outlet (going from the house to the street) is almost 4 feet above the basement floor level.

Has anyone used a third party billing service to bill tenants in a building that is sub metered?  

There is generally a floor and a ceiling on price per square foot, in any given area, and $20-30k for a couple hundred more SF might absolutely be right depending on the local market.

You might be able to do this as an annual subscription to an information service versus getting involved in transactions. 

Since they have an oral agreement and the agreement has been executed by service rendered from painting the properties.
