Their 3D tours seem better than Matterport too.

All invoices are scanned into tour owner portal for full transparency.

By the way- I actually toured one of those pre-fab ADUs on the Portland ADU tour a couple weeks ago, assuming it was the same company.

I am slowly working on a tour company starting for late next year, that would run mostly on weekends in the beginning.

Unit B was pretty filthy when I toured it, the other units seemed in decent shape.

We just toured Memphis last week and the houses that they flip are all nice looking.  

The "virtual tours" that most Realtors post are little more than bad Ken Burns slideshows, while the more complex ones try to be gMaps Street View but don't even work on mobile.
