I see there are several apps or services I could signup for to streamline the process.I am looking for some of the communities experience on what works and doesn't work what you like or don't like and any recommendation you may have.Ultimately what ever I choose need to be user friendly for both me and the tenants.

We at least found one unintentional oversight (other podcast apps not showing any visual warning for explicit content).I feel like the podcast used to make specific effort NOT to publish explicit content, and I very much appreciated it.

The easiest way to find good roomates imo is to cold call them using the roomster app or roomiematch service and then screen them from there.The biggest issue with my current roomates ,which isn't that big of an issue, is just keeping the kitchen clean.
