I feel like there must be another way to get this property in front of the decision makers of the major e-commerce businesses, UPS, distributors, etc. 

Since D is already taken I go with E - on-campus housing will be reduced as students demand more physical space to be able to distance themselves.

My situation turned out to be because the e-mail was forwarded from my business to my personnel e-mail so when I replied from my personnel it got lost.

I was pre-marketing it with my sign in the yard and our e-mail list with our firm and an agent I knew came with the buyer.
