I've heard good things about Zack Childress tooas far as Cameron Dunlap goes,dont get guru washed especially with so many emails that you are getting about the latest and greatest system,go out and work hard at it then start outsoucing,think about it how are you going to outsource stuff that you really dont know yourself?

The upside here is you can free up your VA entitlement but the downside is that you'll probably get a higher interest rate with a higher payment (although it may be a wash since you are financing less) and will have to pay closing costs out of pocket which could be tough if you are working to build cash reserves.
