If I do manage to become a successful RE investor, I would want to expand outside of wholesaling, although my initial plan was to become successful (by this I mean profitable) wholesaling before I ventured into the area of rehabs - not sure if this changes anything you said about end intentions though.If my end goal was to rehab, would you suggest pairing up with an experienced partner who can provide expertise and capital (while I provide the grunt work of finding motivated sellers, probably accept smaller % of profits).
